Balming Tiger's Berlin concert debut was supposed to happen in May 2020 — for obvious reasons, it didn’t. Almost exactly two years later, they performed for the first time at Berghain.

The collective describes itself as an “alternative multinational K-pop band” and has eleven members, including performers, visual artists, songwriters, producers and a video director.
Among them are rapper and singer Omega Sapien, Sogumm, Wnjn and Mudd the Student; producers San Yawn and Unsinkable; DJ Abyss; video artists Jan’qui and Leeshou and writer Henson - all coming from different creative disciplines.

Before their new show at Kantine am Berghain, we met the band - and photographer Prissilya Junewin captured them for i-D.
