Jovana Reisinger is a glamour girl, feminist, high-heel lover, influencer, trash queen, and intellectual. She writes books, directs plays, has made several films, and conceptualizes exhibitions. The Munich native seems to effortlessly bridge seemingly opposing worlds.
Speaking about herself, the FAZ columnist says: “I’m a girly girl - I love fake nails, tiny handbags, and glittering rhinestone jewelry.” For her, ‘girly girl’ isn’t an insult, but a serious self-designation with political power.
We met and profiled Jovana for i-D on International Women’s Day.
